Products and Pricing

We make reasonable efforts to display product information, images, and pricing accurately. We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors, limit order quantities, and cancel orders placed based on an error, even after an order has been confirmed — in which case we'll issue a full refund.

Orders and Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full card details. By submitting an order, you confirm that the payment information provided is accurate and that you're authorized to use the payment method.

Shipping and Returns

Shipping timelines, delivery policy, and our return and warranty terms are detailed on our Shipping & Returns page, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

Product Use and Assumption of Risk

Pickleball paddles are sporting equipment intended for recreational and competitive play. You assume all risk of injury associated with the use of our products during physical activity. Use any equipment in accordance with the sport's normal rules and safety practices.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and product photography — is the property of Robinhood Pickleball or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Robinhood Pickleball is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable order.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
